Shruti Haasan to act as a journalist: After completing the first schedule of trilingual comedy film Sabash Naidu, Actress Shruti Haasan is currently shooting for Suriya-starrer Tamil actioner “Singam 3” aka “S3” in Vishakhapatnam, reportedly plays a journalist in the film. Shruti has teamed up with Suriya for the second time in her career after 7aum Arivu.

According to the industry sources, Shruti plays the role of Vidya, a journalist who helps Suriya crack an important case in the film, which also stars Anushka Shetty. Suriya and Shruti mutually help each other to bring down the empire of the film’s antagonist. While there are reports that Shruti will be seen playing a CBI officer, the source denied it as rumors, adding that for a brief portion, she masquerades as a CBI officer.
In all the parts hero Suriya has played the role of a Police officer. Anushka Shetty is the heroine in all the three parts and the second heroine is keeping on changing,
There are few changes along with the heroine in the Singam 3 movie. The music director is also changed for the movie. For the first parts, Harris Jayraj has composed the music. For the sequel to Singam II, the songs are composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The tunes might be a bit different as the change in the music director os reflected in the tunes composition and style.
