Tikka features Larissa Bonesi and Mannara Chopra as the female leads.Actress Larissa Bonesi, who is of Brazilian descent, is playing the leading lady in the Thikka film.Larissa Bonesi is making her Telugu debut with this film. Directed by Sunil Reddy of OM 3D fame. S.Thaman has composed the music.

Sai Dharam Tej's Thikka finished by the Regional Censor Board in Hyderabad on other day. The movie was given 'U/A' certificate and with that, all the decks are cleared for August 13th release as Independence day Special.

Films with the UA certification can contain moderate adult themes, that are not strong in nature and can be watched by a child under parental guidance.As per reports from censor ,Sai Dharam Tej's thikka film is  full comedy entertainer .

Thikka team is currently busy promoting the film aggressively and Sai Dharam Tej is quite confident of bagging one more success. The Music rights of the movie had been grabbed by Aditya Music.The title song of the movie was crooned by actor Dhanushand another song was crooned by Simbu in the movie. There are five songs in the movie which were Sung by MC Vikey, Usha Uthup, Simha, Revanth and Thaman.
