Building collapsed in film Nagar: Two laborers died under a collapsed building at Film Nagar in Hyderabad city on Sunday. The two bodies have already been recovered from the debris. Over a dozen other workers are seriously injured. Many people were trapped under the debris. Most of the pillars of the building which is being constructed by Film Nagar Cultural Club as an extension were razed to the ground.

Accident occurred in Filmnagar suddenly building crashed in the vicinity of the Cultural Club. It seems that both people dead are laborers working on that site. Another 20 people were caught under the debris of the information. It is suspected that the design of the building was the cause of the collapse. Eight Pillars of the building demolished.

The slab work was done only last night engaging around 50 workers. The six-storey construction plan was completed up to four floors. The main building of the club is also affected due to the collapse.

The dead were identified as Ansar Shaik of Kolkata and Anand from Hyderabad. The injured are admitted in Apollo hospital and some of their conditions are stated to be critical. Being the busiest area of the city, police responded to the relief efforts.

They also said at least three people are trapped under the debris of the collapsed building. Rescue operations are under way at the spot, the police sources said.
