Katamarayudu Movie Review: Power Star Pawan Kalyan is back with another remake of Tamil film Veeram which was a blockbuster. Pawan Kalyan is looking forward for the hit as his previous film, Sardaar Gabbar Singh was touted to be a flop. With new energy and new expectations, Pawan Kalyan in a different look entered the role of Thala Ajith and made it look so simple even if the role is a little difficult to play.

Katamarayudu is directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani which features Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. The film is being produced by Sharrath Marar, who is a good friend of Pawan Kalyan under the banner of North Star Entertainment. The film's music is composed by Anup Rubens who also worked for Pawan Kalyan's film, Gopala Gopala before under the direction of Kishore Kumar Pardasani. Basic Story Plot : Katamarayudu is a brave person living in a village who lives with his four brothers. The elder brother loves the younger ones to the core, and sacrifices his happiness for their good. They are often caught in fights and they are proud of it. An Advocate(Ali) who bails them out whenever legal issues arise because of their brawls.

Love-Track: Though the four younger brothers say that they don't want to either fall in love or get married, when Katamarayudu is not around, they all have their secret lovers. So the brothers conspire to do the most logical thing, which is to find another woman(Shruthi Hasan), because, you see, Katamarayudu was not in love with that girl but with a name, and when he meets another girl with that name, he is sure to lose his heart to her, just because she bears that name. Eventually he falls in love with her.
Action: Katamarayudu clashes with a goon to take care of market in the village. So the villain(Rao Ramesh) kidnaps his four brothers and threatens to kill him. But instead, Katamarayudu kidnaps the villain's son and wanted him to leave the village. While travelling back to her village, Shruthi Hasan narrates her flash back and tells that his father has a rival who tries to kill the entire family.
Happy Ending: Katamarayudu takes care of situation and heroine's father impressed by his bravery gives his daughter to Katamarayudu's Hands and the film ends at marriage.
Review: Pawan Kalyan is portrayed as a beefed up, invincible superhuman, who annihilates the enemy with his brute strength. Every frame seems to worship the actor, highlighting his smile and charm, much to the delight of his fans. He Steals the Show all the Way and is in Terrific form. Pawan Kalyan nailed it and made the movie look more interesting.

Umair Sandhu, the Editor of Indian Cinema Magazine UK & UAE, Member of UK Censor Board, has posted the review of most awaited entertainer drama “Katamarayudu”, starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Hassan, directed by Dolly and produced by Sharrath Marar under the banner of North Star Entertainment. He has given 4/5 stars.
Pawan portrayed as a beefed up, invincible superman, who annihilates the enemy with his brute strength. His punched dialogues, high octane action sequences and dance moves are highlighted. The story-line is simple but the director Dolly has tailor-made it for Pawan and mass audiences. Pawan steals the show with his terrific performance.
Shruti Haasan looks gorgeous and gave award worthy performance. All the supporting casts performed well. Decent plot, Performance of Pawan, spectacular visuals captured by cinematographer Prasad Murella, stunning music by Anup Rubens and sharp editing by Gautham Raju are the major assets of the movie. Overall it is a paisa vasool movie.
